• Provide greater alignment between our governance structures and our Strategic Plan outcomes
2. Focus
• Focus our energy on what matters most for the future of WUP
• Growing membership, and adding value through events, engagement and professional development
• Engaging senior leaders and growing young professionals
• Optimising partnerships and potential sponsorships
3. Clarity
• Provide greater clarity on the purpose, function and delegation of each committee/portfolio
• Provide greater responsibility and accountability for committees
4. Communication
• Improve communications and connections between the Board/Management and committees/portfolios
5. Leadership
• Create purposeful Board leadership roles and teams, and strengthen Board succession planning in key roles
